Khun Amorn, the owner, farms his oysters in Ao Yon bay and is always happy to show you the different steps to grow and collect the best pearls before transforming them into jewelry. Located 5 minutes away by tuk tuk from The Mooring Resort, Cape Panwa has several cafes and restaurants, as well as a small street market with local souvenirs. We recommend a visit to the Aquarium followed by a dinner at The Panwa House, a magnificent Heritage Sino-Portuguese mansion on the beach of the Cape Panwa Hotel. Baba Nest is another place to chill out as the sun sets. Located within the exclusive high-end Sri Panwa, this rooftop is a must for a bird’s-eye view of the sparkling Andaman Sea and the southeastern part of Phuket.
