Our 16 accommodations are spread from the hill down to the beach, offering different views over the tropical greenery, the swimming pool and the ocean. Carefully designed in harmony with the environment, they are very spacious, simple yet elegant, thanks to the rich teak wood furniture, Indonesian art pieces on the walls and their individual terraces. They all feature a day bed to either read your latest favorite novel or provide a comfortable extra bedding.

Voltage

Local voltage is 220 to 240 Volts AC. Adapters are available in all rooms and transformers are available through housekeeping.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 2pm

Check-Out: By 12 noon

Early arrival

Should you wish to arrive earlier than 2pm and due to the limited size of the resort, it is highly recommended to book for one night before your arrival, which will ensure immediate availability for your comfort.

Late departure

Late check out until 5:00pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation during Shoulder and Low Seasons. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will apply.

Late check out until 5:00pm will be charged at 100% of one night’s accommodation during High and Peak Seasons.

Late check out is subject to availability.

Guaranteed reservation and deposit

Reservations are to be guaranteed by bank transfer, PayPal or via major credit cards. An invoice will be sent to you together with our bank details or link to arrange necessary payments. To confirm reservation for peak season, we require 50% deposit 60 days and more prior arrival date. Remaining funds must be paid upon check-in and all other expenses settled to your own account upon departure.

Cancellation policy

The Mooring Resort will refund funds received less non-refundable charges (bank transfer fees, PayPal fees and credit card fees) according to the following cancellation policies:

– Peak Season: 50% deposit is required at time of booking and 100% deposit is required 60 days and less prior to arrival

Up to 60 days prior to arrival, No cancellation charge (except non-fundable charges such as bank,PayPall and credit card fees)

Within 59 days prior to arrival, Cancellation charges 100% of your stay

– All other Seasons

Up to 24 hours prior to arrival, Free Cancellation

Within 24 hours prior to arrival, Cancellation charges 100% of your stay

In case of No Show, Cancellation charges 100%

** Deposits and Cancellation deadlines are in the property’s timezone – Indochina Time

*** In the event a booking crosses over two different seasons, the stricter cancellation policy of the two will apply.

Family Plan

All villas can accommodate 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years. The day bed will be turned into a sleeping bed. Our partial Seaview and some of the Seaview bungalows are not recommended for young children or older guests because of the stairs. We offer complimentary baby cot on request and upon availability.
